Oi, I had a cracking time with me family. The pool suite was lush, spacious, and right by the beach! Loved the clean, private pool, but food options could do with a bit more spice. Still, the staff were proper friendly!

The broken balcony door lock made accessing my room a concern!!! Hot water being switched off completely for one night is unacceptable!!! A vase for flowers I requested never arrived!!! It's frustrating when the room's shelf is broken!!!

Friendly vibe and great food!

Our stay was fab! Staff were super friendly and always around to help out. The breakfast buffet was seriously amazing. Plus, the beach was almost empty when we went, which was a huge bonus. The only thing was the air-con was a bit tricky to handle at times, but the rain kinda masked it, so not a biggie.

this hotel is super amazing! amazing staff who are really nice and helpful, especially chef suprati who took great care of my kid's food allergies. everything was super clean, and the room was comfy and spacious. valerie at the entrance of the restaurant was always alert and attentive to our needs. def recommend for anyone looking to relax!

only downside was the occasional slow room service and a few mosquitoes in the room. but overall, still a great stay!

The pool area was exceptionally well-kept, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The gym provided a decent selection of equipment for a good workout, although I wished for more free weights. I particularly enjoyed the direct beach access, perfect for morning walks as well as exploring local beach shacks that serve fantastic seafood.
